Hey all. So I have a moto9rola cue from sprint and am trying to get it to connect with active sync. I have tryed everything and even the tech support people can not help me with it. I am running active sync 4.5, my operating system is windows xp service pack 2 2002, and when I conenct the device it just sits there. Any suggestions?

another poster wrote about this on the electronics board and found that it was her phone. Are you hearing the windows xp connect sound or is it doing absolutely nothing? I odn't know if the poster is a sprint user and you might want to go to the electronics board to contact this individual. Perhaps there is a bad batch of qs.

When you call the tec support at your phone company, ask them which version of Active Sinc they are running to connect the Q on their end. I know that The Dash by T-mobile will not connect to Active Sinc versions less than 4.5. I learned this the hard way because I was trying to connect another device to Active Sinc and it wouldn't run with versions higher than 4.2. What a nightmare. Anyways, give that a go and see what happens.

Can you explain what you mean by making the connection serial? are you saying you ran a serial cable to your phone and it worked? usually it's usb all the way. Woof, is getting ready to learn something with ears pricked and listening attentivly!
